海藻糖制备方法及应用研究概述

摘 要:海藻糖为一种性质稳定且不具有还原性的功能糖,具有保护生物活性物质的特殊功能,在各行各业中应用广泛,且具有广阔的发展前景。本文主要综述了目前海藻糖的制备方法和海藻糖的应用研究,探讨了海藻糖的发展动态及应用前景,以供相关人员参考。

Review on Preparation and Application of Trehalose

Abstract: Trehalose is a stable and non reducing functional sugar with special functions of protecting bioactive substances. It is widely used in various industries and has broad development prospects. In this paper, the preparation methods of trehalose and the application of trehalose were reviewed, and the development trend and application prospect of trehalose were discussed, for reference by relevant personnel.

海藻糖是由两个葡萄糖分子以α-1,1糖苷键构成的非还原性糖,性质很稳定,属于一种功能性糖,它具有保护生物活性物质的特殊功能,能很好地保护细胞和营养物质的结构,使生物体在极端异常情况下,仍能保持生命活力[1]。(剩余6389字)
