食品卫生监督工作中存在的问题与策略

摘 要:食品卫生监督工作是保障食品安全的重要保障措施之一,但存在食品安全监管力度不足、监管措施滞后、监管制度不健全等问题。本文对食品卫生监督工作中存在的问题进行探究,并提出相应的解决策略,以促进食品安全保障工作的顺利开展。

Problems and Strategies in Food Hygiene Supervision

Abstract: Food hygiene supervision is one of the important safeguard measures to ensure food safety, but there are many problems, such as insufficient food safety supervision, lagging supervision measures, and imperfect supervision system. In this paper, the problems existing in food hygiene supervision are explored, and corresponding solutions are put forward to promote the smooth development of food safety guarantee work.
