摘 要:茶叶从原料采摘、加工到贮存运输等各个环节均存在霉菌污染的风险。本文对茶叶中霉菌污染的来源、种类及相关检测技术进行综述,旨在为开发茶叶中霉菌检验技术和提升茶叶品质提供参考。

Abstract: There is a risk of mold contamination in all aspects of tea, from raw material picking, processing to storage and transportation. This article provides a review of the sources, types, and related detection techniques of mold contamination in tea, aiming to provide reference for the development of mold detection techniques in tea and the improvement of tea quality.
