Analysis of Challenges and Countermeasures in Sample Management in Food Supervision and Sampling Under the New Situation

Abstract： In the new situation， food supervision and sampling face multiple challenges， and sample management， as the core link， is becoming increasingly important. This article proposes a series of innovative strategies through in-depth analysis of current challenges， such as improving sample management systems， introducing advanced technologies， strengthening laboratory construction， and improving the quality of regulatory personnel， in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of food supervision and sampling， and thus more effectively ensure food safety.
