摘 要:纳米技术是一门融合了化学、界面学、微加工学等学科的交叉技术体系,现已在社会的诸多领域得到广泛应用。近年来,纳米技术的许多科研成果已被广泛应用于食品科学领域,使食品工艺得到改进,并开发出一些新型的食品。随着科学技术的不断进步,纳米技术将在食品科学领域得到更全面的发展。
