摘 要：纳米技术是一门融合了化学、界面学、微加工学等学科的交叉技术体系，现已在社会的诸多领域得到广泛应用。近年来，纳米技术的许多科研成果已被广泛应用于食品科学领域，使食品工艺得到改进，并开发出一些新型的食品。随着科学技术的不断进步，纳米技术将在食品科学领域得到更全面的发展。

Abstract： Nanotechnology is an interdisciplinary technology system integrates chemistry， interface science， microfabrication and other disciplines， and has been widely used in many fields of society. In recent years， many scientific research results of nanotechnology have been widely used in the field of food science， so that food technology has been improved， and some new types of food have been developed. With the continuous progress of science and technology， nanotechnology will be more comprehensively developed in the field of food science.
