摘 要：食用植物油在我国食品工业与个人家庭中具有重要应用价值，为确保产品能够符合安全标准，应当重视油脂品质测定工作，明确相关质量控制方式，及时发现存在问题的产品。本文主要针对食用植物油脂品质测定工作以及质量控制方式进行深入研究，以供参考。

Quality Determination and Quality Control Suggestions of Edible Vegetable Oil

Abstract： Edible vegetable oil has an important application value in China’s food industry and individual families. In order to ensure that the products can meet the safety standards， we should pay attention to the oil quality measurement work， clarify the relevant quality control methods， and timely find the products with problems. This paper mainly focuses on the determination of quality of edible plant oil and quality control methods for reference.
