葡萄酒中农药残留检测前处理方法研究进展
摘 要:近年来,随着人们生活水平和质量的不断提高,葡萄酒逐渐受到消费者青睐,国内的葡萄酒市场也在不断扩大。同时,葡萄酒的质量安全,尤其是农药残留问题也越来越受到消费者的关注。本文简述了葡萄酒中农药残留现状,并对农药残留的前处理方法进行综述,以期为葡萄酒的质量安全检测提供理论参考。

Research Progress on the Pretreatment Methods of Wine in Pesticide Residue Determination

Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, wine is gradually favored by consumers, and the Chinese wine market is increasing constantly. The quality and safety of wine, especially pesticide residues, has become the focus. In this paper, the current status of pesticide residues and the commonly-used sample pre-treatment methods of pesticide residues in wine were reviewed, which provided a useful reference for the quality safety detection of wine.
