On the Development Prospect and Strategic Positioning of Wuhan Vegetarian Food Industry

Abstract： This paper analyses the development potential of Wuhan’s vegetarian food industry and its strategic position， based on data from recent years， with the aim of providing a basis for the future development of Wuhan’s vegetarian food industry.
