摘 要:在人类学研究领域,饮食习俗占据十分重要的地位。本文基于饮食学的视角,探析恩施地区毛香粑粑的由来、制作工序、食用方式及隐含的文化内涵,以思考毛香粑粑在文化空间变迁下的保护与发展。

Study on the Eating Custom of Maoxiangbaba in Enshi Area

Abstract: In the field of anthropological research, dietary customs occupy a very important position. Based on the perspective of dietary anthropology, this paper explores the origin, production process, eating methods and cultural connotation of Maoxiangbaba in Enshi, in order to reflect on the protection and development of Maoxiangbaba under the changes of cultural space.
