食品生产企业产品质量安全控制探讨
摘 要:食品质量安全关系着我国居民的生活与健康,频繁曝光的食品安全事件使消费者对食品生产企业丧失了信任,严重制约了食品产业的发展。基于此,本文分析了食品生产企业产品质量安全控制中存在的问题,并针对问题提出食品生产质量安全控制的应对举措,以期为食品生产企业提高质量管理水平、保障食品质量安全提供参考。

Discussion on Product Quality and Safety Control in Food Production Enterprises

Abstract: Food quality and safety are related to the life and health of Chinese residents. Frequent exposure of food safety incidents has caused consumers to lose trust in food production enterprises, which has seriously restricted the development of the food industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the product quality and safety control of food production enterprises, and proposes countermeasures for food production quality and safety control in response to the problems, in order to provide a reference for food production enterprises to improve the level of quality management and ensure food quality and safety.
