Discussion on the Influencing Factors and Control Strategies of Pesticide Residue Detection Results in Food

Abstract: As food safety standards become increasingly stringent, the work of pesticide residues in food has become particularly important. This article deeply explores the factors that affect the results of food pesticide residue detection, including sample collection, sample processing, detection method selection, and operation execution. In response to these influencing factors, this article proposes a series of control strategies to improve the accuracy of food pesticide residue detection results and ensure food safety.
