摘 要:食品分子营养学为农产品品质提升提供了新思路。本文阐释食品分子营养学的内涵,分析食品分子营养学角度下农产品品质中的常见问题,并提出基于食品分子营养学的农产品品质提升策略,以期为农产品品质的全面提升提供参考。

Agricultural Product Quality Improvement Strategy Based on Food Molecular Nutrition

Abstract: Food molecular nutrition provides a new way to improve the quality of agricultural products. This paper explains the connotation of food molecular nutrition, analyzes the common problems in the quality of agricultural products from the perspective of food molecular nutrition, and puts forward the quality improvement strategies of agricultural products based on food molecular nutrition, in order to provide references for the overall improvement of agricultural product quality.
