摘 要:中式面点是我国烹饪史上的重要组成部分。随着新时代的浪潮席卷全球,传统中式面点的传承与弘扬面临着巨大挑战。本文探讨中式面点存在的问题,阐述中式面点创新的内涵、必要性以及重要意义,提出中式面点的创新策略,旨在使中式面点种类更具全面性。

Abstract: Chinese pastry is an important part of the history of Chinese cooking. As the tide of the new era sweeps across the world, the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese pastry faces huge challenges. This paper discusses the problems existing in Chinese pastry, expounds the connotation, necessity and significance of Chinese pastry innovation, and puts forward the innovative strategy of Chinese pastry, aiming to make the types of Chinese pastry more comprehensive.
