基于大数据的食品安全风险预警体系构建

摘 要：本文分析了传统食品安全监管和预警手段的不足，概述了大数据在食品安全领域的作用，并从多源数据采集与整合、数据处理与风险分析、风险预警模型的设计与实现方面构建基于大数据的食品安全风险预警体系，为实现风险预警提供了新的思路和方法。

Construction of Food Safety Risk Early Warning System Based on Big Data

Abstract： This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional food safety supervision and warning methods， outlines the role of big data in the field of food safety， and constructs a food safety risk warning system based on big data from the aspects of multi-source data collection and integration， data processing and risk analysis， and the design and implementation of risk warning models. It provides new ideas and methods for achieving risk warning.
