蔬菜中农药残留检测技术及质量控制策略研究

摘 要：蔬菜中的农药残留将会对消费者的健康造成严重危害。基于此，本文概述农药残留的危害以及检测标准，分析常见蔬菜农药残留检测技术，提出蔬菜农药残留检测质量控制策略，以期为农药残留检测工作的开展提供参考。

Study on Detection Technology and Quality Control Strategy of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

Abstract： Pesticide residues in vegetables will cause serious harm to the health of consumers. Based on this， this paper summarized the hazards and detection standards of pesticide residues， analyzed the detection technologies of common vegetable pesticide residues， and proposed quality control strategies for vegetable pesticide residue detection， in order to provide references for the development of pesticide residue detection.
