摘 要：随着健美操的普及和国际交流的增多，我国健美操运动员的竞争力有所提高。本文探究了运动营养补剂对健美操运动员竞技状态的影响，着力于提升健美操运动员的竞技状态，对健美操运动的训练和竞赛有重要意义。

Abstract： With the popularization of aerobics and the increase of international exchanges， the competitiveness of aerobics athletes in China has been improved. This study explores the influence of sports nutritional supplements on the competitive state of aerobics athletes， and focuses on the improvement of the competitive state of aerobics athletes， which is of great significance to the training and competition of aerobics sports.
