摘 要:食品安全问题关系人们的生命健康,其中微生物污染是危害较大的问题之一,因此必须加强食品微生物检测工作。为解决食品微生物检测实验室标准菌株管理存在的问题,对微生物实验室标准菌株管理的现状、不足进行分析并提出有效解决措施,确保了实验室对标准菌株的规范性管理。

Analysis on Management Measures of Standard Strains in Food Microbiological Testing Laboratory

Abstract: Food safety issues are related to people’s life and health, among which microbial contamination is one of the more harmful problems, so it is necessary to strengthen the work of food microbiological testing. In order to solve the problems in the management of standard strains in food microbiology testing laboratories, the current situation and shortcomings of the management of standard strains in microbiology laboratories are analyzed and effective solutions are proposed to ensure the standardized management of standard strains in laboratories.
