学校食堂食品安全问题及解决对策探究

摘 要：食堂是学校后勤保障的重要组成部分，学校食堂一旦发生食品安全问题，不仅严重影响学生的身体健康，而且还会造成极大的社会舆论影响。因此，本文分析了学校食堂食品安全管理存在的问题，从建立健全食品安全供应体系、安全检测体系等几个方面提出提升学校食品安全管理的具体举措，以期为校园食堂管理者提供参考。

Exploring of Food Safety Issues and Solutions in School Canteens

Abstract： School canteens are an important part of school logistics. When food safety problems occur in school canteens， they not only seriously affect the health of students， but also cause a great impact on public opinion. Therefore， this paper analyzes the problems of food safety management in school canteens and proposes specific initiatives to improve school food safety management in several aspects， such as establishing a sound food safety supply system and a safety testing system， in order to provide reference for campus cafeteria managers.
