粮油加工环节存在的质量安全问题与对策
摘 要:随着生活质量的提升,人们对粮油食品质量提出了更高的要求,也更加注重粮油食品的安全性和营养性。然而,粮油加工过程中加工原料的质量、加工工艺以及生产添加物都会对粮油质量安全产生影响。本文将对粮油加工环节存在的质量安全问题进行分析,并提出粮油加工环节质量安全的控制策略,以提升粮油加工的质量。

Abstract: With the improvement of life quality, people put forward higher requirements on the quality of grain, oil and food, and pay more attention to the safety and nutrition of grain, oil and food. However, the quality of processing raw materials, processing technology and production additives in the process of grain and oil processing will affect the quality and safety of grain and oil. This paper will analyze the quality and safety problems existing in grain and oil processing, and put forward the quality and safety control strategies for grain and oil processing links, so as to improve the quality of grain and oil processing.
