食品中金黄葡萄球菌的检测方法研究
摘 要:本文针对食品中金黄葡萄球菌的检测方法进行探究。采用文献总结法,从金黄色葡萄球菌的特点、危害、耐药性入手,详细介绍了传统培养法、免疫学方法、分子生物学、快速检测法在食品中金黄葡萄球菌检测中的应用,为实际检测工作开展提供参考,保证食品质量与安全。

Study on Detection Method of Staphylococcus aureus in Food

Abstract: In this paper, the detection method of Staphylococcus aureus in food was explored. By the method of literature review, starting from the characteristics, harm and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus, the application of traditional culture method, immunological method, molecular biology and rapid detection method in the detection of Staphylococcus aureus in food was introduced in detail, to provide reference for the actual inspection work to ensure food quality and safety.
