食品安全标准体系建设现状、存在问题及对策研究

摘 要:随着“健康中国”战略的实施,人们对食品安全标准提出了更高的要求。本文从我国食品安全标准体系建设现状入手,描述、分析目前存在的问题,并根据国家相关法律法规与指导性文件等探究、分析合理建议,希望能给完善我国食品安全标准体系提供帮助。

Food Safety Standard System Construction Status, Existing Problems and Countermeasures

Abstract: With the implementation of “Healthy China” strategy, people put forward higher requirements for food safety standards. This paper starts with the present situation of the construction of food safety standard system of our country, describes and analyzes the existing problems, and analyzes reasonable suggestions according to relevant laws and regulations of the state and guiding document. It is hoped that it can help to improve the system of food safety standard of our country.
