水果无损检测技术综述

摘 要:随着经济发展与消费观念的转变,相比于水果价格,消费者更关注水果品质,当前我国水果采摘后的品质分级手段仍依赖人工或者简单粗略的机械筛选。本文介绍了电子鼻技术、计算机视觉技术、红外光谱技术以及电学特性检测技术的原理及发展,并比较了这些技术在水果无损检测领域中的不同应用。

A Review of Fruit Nondestructive Testing Techniques

Abstract: With the development of economy and the change of consumption concept, consumers pay more attention to the quality of fruit compared to the price of fruit. At present, the quality classification means of fruit picking in our country still rely on manual or simple or rough mechanical screening. This paper introduces the principle and development of electronic nose technology, computer vision technology, infrared spectroscopy technology and electrical characteristics testing technology, and compares the different applications of these technologies in the field of fruit nondestructive testing.

近年来我国水果产量增加,目前国内市场以及国外市场对高品质水果的需求也不断增加,水果无损检测和分级能够提升水果的竞争力,有利于我国水果行业的发展。(剩余4521字)
