新形势下洱源县生鲜乳质量安全监管措施探讨

摘 要：乳业是洱源县的优势产业，也是该县广大农民的重要经济来源。虽然洱源县乳业取得了一定的成绩，但是近年来因为各方面的影响，受到了一定的冲击。为了更好地促进洱源县乳业的发展，必须要做好生鲜乳质量监管。本文结合地区实际情况，就生鲜乳质量安全监管措施进行了探讨。

Discussion on the Quality and Safety Supervision Measures of Raw and Fresh Milk in Eryuan County Under the New Situation

Abstract： The dairy industry is the advantageous industry of Eryuan county and an important economic source for the general public in its county. Although the dairy industry in Eryuan county has made certain achievements， it has been affected by certain impacts in recent years because of various aspects. In order to better promote the development of the emulsion in Eryuan county， it is necessary to do a good job in regulating the quality of fresh milk. This paper discusses the quality and safety supervision measures of fresh milk in the light of the actual situation in the region.

洱源县是云南省最大的以散养为主的奶牛养殖区，奶牛饲养在洱源县已有500多年历史，乳业已成为全县传统优势产业，也是县域内广大农民的主要经济来源[1]。（剩余4261字）
