高效液相色谱在食品检测中的应用探究

摘 要：食品安全问题直接影响到身体健康和生命安全，通过食品检测能够快速且准确地发现食品安全相关问题，强化食品安全监管。其中，高效液相色谱法检测灵敏度更高，速度更快，在食品安全检测领域发挥了重要作用。本文概述了高效液相色谱的技术原理、特点，并对其在食品检测中的运用展开论述，以供参考。

Research on the Practice of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Food Detection

Abstract：Food safety issues directly affect health and life safety. Food safety related issues can be found quickly and accurately through food detection， and food safety supervision can be strengthened. Among them， high performance liquid chromatography has played an important role in the field of food safety detection because of its higher sensitivity and faster speed. This paper summarizes the technical principle and characteristics of high performance liquid chromatography， and discusses its application in food detection for reference.
