浅析农药残留检测技术研究现状

摘 要：农产品安全问题受到了越来越多的关注，其质量和人们的身体健康息息相关。在种植过程中为了减少病虫害的影响，提高产量，需要喷洒各种农药，会导致农产品中农药残留。对此，本文主要对农药残留前处理技术和检测技术研究现状进行了探讨。

Analysis on the Research Status of Pesticede Residue Detection Technology

Abstract： More and more attention has been paid to the safety of agricultural products， whose quality is closely related to people’s health. In order to reduce the impact of pests and diseases and increase the yield in the planting process， various pesticides need to be sprayed， which will lead to pesticide residues. In this paper， the research status of pesticide residue pretreatment technology and detection technology was discussed.
