“健康中国”视域下乡村农产品安全监管措施研究

摘 要：“健康中国”战略目标下，乡村农产品安全监管成为工作重点。结合基层农产品安全监管经验，提出压实属地管理部门监管责任，健全网格化监管体系并强化生产经营主体责任意识，加强实验室建设和执法队伍建设等建议。旨在全面提高乡村农产品监管水平，确保农产品质量安全监管到位。

Research on Rural Agricultural Product Safety Supervision Measures from the Perspective of “Healthy China”

Abstract： Under the strategic objective of “Healthy China”， the safety supervision of rural agricultural products has become the focus of work. In combination with the experience in safety supervision of agricultural products at the grass-roots level， suggestions were put forward to compact the responsibility of territorial management and department supervision， improve the grid supervision system， strengthen the sense of responsibility of production and operation subjects， and strengthen the construction of laboratories and law enforcement teams. It aims to comprehensively improve the supervision level of rural agricultural products and ensure the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in place.

《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》提出“实现全民健康覆盖”的总体发展目标，农产品安全监管成为农村居民生活富裕的根本性要求，亟待提升农产品安全监管的总体效力[1]。（剩余4963字）
