Abstract: Corn oil is the main type of edible oil, and its industrial chain construction and development need to be combined with food safety risk prevention requirements for industrial chain construction planning. During the development of the corn oil industry chain, laws and regulations should be established and improved, the training of supervisory and management personnel should be strengthened, and the innovation of risk prevention and control technology should be enhanced to provide guarantees for the development of the industry chain, consumer diet health, and technology optimization.
