摘 要：玉米油属食用油主要种类，其产业链建设与发展需结合食品安全风险防范要求进行产业链建设规划。在玉米油产业链发展过程中，应建立健全法律法规、加强监督管理人员培训、提升风险防控技术创新力度，以为产业链发展、消费者饮食健康和技术优化提供保障。

Food Safety Risk Analysis and Countermeasures in Corn Oil Industry Chain

Abstract： Corn oil is the main type of edible oil， and its industrial chain construction and development need to be combined with food safety risk prevention requirements for industrial chain construction planning. During the development of the corn oil industry chain， laws and regulations should be established and improved， the training of supervisory and management personnel should be strengthened， and the innovation of risk prevention and control technology should be enhanced to provide guarantees for the development of the industry chain， consumer diet health， and technology optimization.
