湿法快速消解-原子荧光光谱法测定蔬菜中的总砷

摘 要:本文建立湿法快速消解-原子荧光光谱法测定蔬菜中的总砷含量。结果表明,砷浓度在0~10 μg·L-1时,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.02 μg·L-1,回收率为93.3%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为2.9%~4.5%。该方法操作简便,重现性良好,准确可靠。

Determination of Total Arsenic in Vegetables by Wet Rapid Digestion Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

Abstract: A fast wet digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of total arsenic content in vegetables was developed. The results showed that when arsenic concentration was 0~10 μg·L-1, the linear relationship was good, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.02 μg·L-1, the recoveries were 93.3%~102.4%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.9%~4.5%. The method is simple, reproducible, accurate and reliable.

元素砷的毒性较低,而砷的化合物均有剧毒,如在人体内蓄积,可引起砷中毒,轻者表现为皮肤干燥、角质化严重等皮肤损害,重者表现为肾脏、肝脏、神经系统、消化系统等功能的受损[1-3]。(剩余3490字)
