三河市2022年食品安全监督抽检分析

摘 要：食品安全是重大民生问题，直接关系到公众健康与生命安全，因此，加强食品安全监督抽检是保障食品安全底线的重要举措。本文通过对三河市2022年食品经营环节的食品监督抽检总量、业态类型结果、抽检品种和不合格食品产生的原因及对策进行分析，希望为今后的食品监管工作提供科学的依据。

Food Safety Supervision of Sanhe City Cities in 2022 Sampling and Analysis

Abstract： Food safety is a major issue of people’s livelihood， directly related to public health and life safety. Therefore， strengthening food safety supervision and sampling is an important measure to ensure the bottom line of food safety. Based on the analysis of the total amount of food supervision and inspection， the results of different types of food businesses， the types of food inspection and the causes and countermeasures of unqualified food in Sanhe city in 2022， hoping to provide a scientific basis for the future work of food supervision.
