Abstract： This study employs color psychology as a theoretical framework to systematically explore its mechanism and practicalapproaches increatingspatialatmospheres withininteriordesign.Byanalyzingthetheoreticalcoreofcolorpsyhology acrossdimensionsofpysiologicalperception，psychologicalsyesthesia，andculturalsymbolsm，andintegratingearh findingsfrom neuroscience，environmentalbehavior science，andcultural anthropolog ， constructsatriple-actionmodelof "physiological-psychological-cultural"influences.Theresearchrevealsthatcolor dynamicallinfluences spatialfunctional Zoning，user behavior， and emotional experiences through mechanisms such s wavelength regulation， emotional mapping，and culturaltranslation.Basedonempiricalanalyses oftypicalcases worldwide，this studyvalidatesthecriticalroleofcolorasa "spatial rhetorical tool" in enhancing spatial efficiency and humanistic value.
