Abstract： Cultural exchangeconstitutes the most pivotal dimensionof "the Belt and Road Initiative"（BRI），where exceptional regionalcultures demanddistinctive modesof disemination.Asadistinctiveand eficient meansofvisualcommunication， digital ilustration providesartists withanentirelynewmediumforartisticcreation.Thecountries along theBRIcorridor encompassavast geographic expansecharacterizedbymultifacetedculturallandscapes.Localpopulations'chromatic preferences notonlyembodytheirrespectivedevelopmental histories，cultural traditions，andreligious ideologiesbutalsoreflectthe profound influenceofnatural environmentsacrosdistinctnations，ethnicgroupsandregionalcontexts.Withinthisdiverse cultural framework，thesubjectiveselectionandstrategiccombinationofcolors indigitalilustrationpracticescansignficantly enhanceaudiences'comprehensionofcolorsymbolismandconceptual paradigmswithin theBRI's multicultural tapestry.This studyshows thatthecombinationofdigitalilustrationartand"theBeltandRoadInitiative"culturecanpromotethespreadand exchange of Chinese and foreign culture more effectively.
