高职院校校企协同资助育人体系构建研究

摘 要 在资助工作中凸显育人功效是由救济型资助向发展型资助转化的实践新要求,在当前高职院校实行产教融合、校企合作教育教学方式的背景下,引入企业资助育人主体,能提升资助育人的成效。文章在剖析校企协同资助育人的理论依据及现实优势的基础上,构建校企协同资助育人体系,以期实现家庭经济困难学生的全面成长。

Research on the Construction of the School-Enterprise Subsidized Education

System in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract It is a new practical requirement to highlight the educational effect in the work of financial aid, which is from relief-oriented to development-oriented. Under the background of the current education and teaching methods of integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, introducing the main body of enterprise subsidized education can improve the effectiveness of subsidized education. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis and practical advantages of school-enterprise collaborative subsidized education,this paper constructs a system in order to realize the overall growth of students with family financial difficulties.

1  校企协同资助育人的理论依据

1.1  资助工作的育人理念不断凸显

在2016年的高校资助育人工作座谈会上,教育部副部长杜玉波指出,学生资助工作在度过温饱阶段后有两个着眼点:一是实施精准资助;二是落实资助育人,改变资助是资助、育人是育人,只顾各自用力的两张皮情况[1]。(剩余4417字)
