Abstract The civil engineering materials course has the characteristics ofwide teaching content, poor knowledge points, and insufficient students' subjective initiative. Therefore, the organization competition mode is introduced in the teaching process, combined with the knowledge sharing incentive mechanism, and the curriculum teaching is reformed in practice.
