高校研究生教学管理队伍建设研究

摘要 新时代高等教育发展的新形势新使命，对研究生教学管理队伍建设提出了更高的要求。文章在调研研究生教学管理队伍现状的基础上，探讨管理队伍建设的重要性，分析当前队伍建设中存在的若干问题，并提出相应的解决措施。从教学管理改革发展的实践中挖掘新材料、发现新问题、提出新观点，强化研究生教学管理队伍建设。

Research on the Construction of Graduate Teaching Management Team in Colleges and Universities

Abstract  The new situation and new mission of the development of higher education in the new era put forward higher requirements for the construction of graduate teaching management team. On the basis of investigating the current situation of graduate teaching management team， this paper discusses the importance of management team construction， analyzes some problems existing in the current team construction， and puts forward corresponding solutions. From the practice of teaching management reform and development， excavate new materials， find new problems， putforward new ideas， and strengthen the construction of graduate teaching management team.
