民办高职教师需求视角下科研激励机制研究

摘要 教师是科研活动的主体,科学的激励机制是引导教师健康、持续开展科研工作的必然需求。文章阐述了民办高职院校现有科研激励机制中的弊端,并利用心理学相关理论对教师科研的动机与需求进行分析,结合民办高职院校实际,对建立行之有效的科研激励机制提出建议。

Research on Scientific Research Incentive Mechanism Based on the Demand ofPrivate Higher Vocational Teachers

Abstract  Teachers are the main body of scientific research activities,  and scientific incentive mechanism is the inevitable demand to guide teachers to carry out scientific research healthily and continuously. This paper expounds the disadvantages of the existing scientific research incentive mechanism in private higher vocational colleges, analyzes the motivation and demand of teachers for scientific research by using the relevant theories of psychology, and puts forward some suggestions on establishing an effective scientific research incentive mechanism in combination with the reality of private higher vocational colleges.
