电子政务城乡发展差距研究

摘要目前全国一体化政务服务平台已初步建成，我国的电子政务发展势头迅猛，同时，电子政务也逐步由城市向农村扩展。但电子政务在城乡发展上存在较大的差距，本文提出农村地区应以电子政务为契机，用政务服务信息化推动整体发展，逐步缩小城乡数字鸿沟和发展差距。

AbstractAtpresent，thenationalintegratedgovernmentservicesplatformhasbeeninitiallybuilt，China’se-government development momentum is rapid， at the same time， e-government is also gradually expanded from urban to rural areas. However， there is a large gap between the development of e-government in urban and rural areas. This paper proposes that rural areas should take e-government as an opportunity to promote the overall development with the informatization of government services and gradually narrow the urban-rural digital divide and development gap.
