建设并完善新进教师职业培养体系

——基于英国教师早期职业框架设计及改革情况分析

摘要教师作为教育系统不可或缺的重要组成部分,其职业素养的提升和职业路径探究一直是备受关注的学术议题。英国教育部为完善英国教师职业培养体系,设立并推行《早期职业框架》,努力提升英国教师职业培训质量。本文通过对英国教师早期职业框架总体建设情况的概述及分析,给国内教师教育体系建设提供国际视角的路径参考。

Building and Improving the Professional Training System for New Teachers

——Analysis on the framework design and reform of teachers’ early career in Britain

AbstractAs an indispensable part of the education system, the improvement of teachers’ professional quality and the exploration of their career path have always been the academic issues of concern. In order to improve the professional training system of teachers in the UK, the Ministry of education of the UK has set up and implemented the early career framework to improve the quality of professional training of teachers in the UK. Through the overview and analysis of the overall construction of early career framework for teachers in the UK,this paper provides an international perspective for the construction of domestic teacher education system.
