Abstract： [Purposes] To provide pathways for cultivating integrated innovation talents across the entire industrial chain，aiming to provide intellctual support for addressing the "breakpoints" and "bottlenecks"invarious links of the industrial chain.[Methods] Based on the requirements of the innovationdriven development strategy and combined with the positioning of technology management functions， methods such as policy analysis and comparative research were used to conduct an in-depth study of the current state of integrated innovation talent cultivation across the entire industrial chain and the existing issues.[Findings] Initial achievements have beenmade in policy formulation，interdisciplinary collaboration，and integration of production and education，but there are still problems such as barriers to inter disciplinary construction，insuficient resource integration in school-enterprise cooperation，lack of flexibility in evaluation mechanisms，and insuficient integration of digital technology.[Conclusions] Cultivating integrated innovation talents across the entire industrial chain requires breaking through traditional education paradigms，using reforms in the technology management system as a breakthrough point， and continuously pursuing a path guided by policies and systems，deeply integrating industry and education，reconstructing course systems，providing flexible evaluations，and coordinating with digital technology，to promote high-quality economic development and achieve industrial transformation and upgrading.
