Abstract: [Purposes] In response to the unclear technical evolution path,uneven innovation distribution, and lagging industrialization in the field offire inspection robots,this study aims to reveal barriers to industrial transformation and the breakthrough path of core technologies through patent analysis,providing a decision-making basis for the construction of an intelligent fire protection equipment ecosystem. [Methods] Based on global patent data from 2OO6 to 2O24,a three-dimensional analysis framework of "technology-region-subject" is constructed. Using IPC correlation models and spatial econometric methods,the study focuses on three core technology areas: autonomous navigation, high-temperatureresistant materials,and multi-sensor fusion,and proposes countermeasures to promote the development of fire inspection robots.[Findings] The research finds that: ① China contributes 77.8% of the patents but lags behind Japan and Korea in fundamental material innovation; ② The Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions have formed innovation clusters,with the majority of corporate patents concentrated in power application scenarios; ③ Significant technological breakthroughs have been achieved, including centimeter-level navigation accuracy and outstanding performance of composite coating technology—achieving an oxidation mass loss rate of less than 0.5mg/cm2 under1 50o ℃ conditions.[Conclusions]This field is characterized by rapid technological R&D but slow industrial transformation.It is recommended to establish regional collaborative innovation consortia and patent sharing mechanisms,focusing on improving the mass production yield of phase change materials and the response speed of navigation systems to accelerate the industrialization of technology.
