河南省加快培育链主企业的对策研究

Abstract： [Purposes] As a major manufacturing province in central China，accelerating the cultivation of chain master enterprises is a crucial strategic fulcrum for Henan Province to transition froma large manufacturing province to a strong manufacturing one.This study aims to systematically analyze the practices of cultivating chain master enterprises in Henan Province，identifythe difficulties hindering their development，and propose countermeasures and suggestions，thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for accelerating the cultivation of chain master enterprises in Henan Province.[Methods] Using case analysis and deductive reasoning， this paper deeply investigates the currnt status of chain master enterprise cultivation，reveals existing problems，and proposes countermeasures and suggestions. [Findings] The research indicates that the cultivation of chain master enterprises in Henan Province faces problems such as structural imbalance in the industrial chain， weak scientific and technological innovation capabilities，and uneven regional development， which constrain the further growth and expansion of these enterprises.[Conclusions] It is suggested that Henan Province should focus on three dimensions to accelerate thecultivatetion of chain master enterprise： optimizing the industrial structure to cultivate chain master enterprises in emerging industries; strengthening scientific and technological innovation to enhance the independent innovation capabilities of chain master enterprises；and innovating mechanisms and systems to optimize the development environment for chain master enterprises.
