Abstract: [Purposes] Aiming at the current situation of frequent forest fires and the shortage of forest firefighting manpower,an integrated design scheme for an intelligent forest firefighting robot is proposed. [Methods] The three-dimensional model of the intelligent forest firefighting robot was established using SolidWorks.The obtained 3D model was then subjected to finite element analysis and lightweight design using ANSYS software.[Findings] This intelligent forest firefighting robot is a device that integrates real-time monitoring,detection and transmission,intelligent fire extinguishing,and an intelligent camera.The finite element analysis results prove that the robot's structural design is reasonable and meets operational requirements.[Conclusions] The designed firefighting robot has innovative significance and practical potential in terms of obstacle crossing, safety assurance, and manpower saving.
