Abstract:BasedontheconceptofOBE(Outcome-BasedEducation),thisstudyeffectivelyintegratesideologicalandpolical educationintoengineering graduatecourses,usingthecoursePrinciplesandSystemsofOpticalFiber Communicationasan example,topromotethecomprehensivedevelopmentofstudentsprofessionalcompetenceandideologicalquality.Byemploying thereversedesignmethodologyofOBE,thecourseclearlydefinesitscompetencygoalsandideologicaleducationobjectives.Key knowledgepointsareexploredforideologicalandpoliticalelements,andteachingmethodssuchascasestudies,teamwork,and interactiediscussionsareadoptedtointegrateprofessionalknowledgewithideologicaleducation.Thisappoachguidesstudentsto developcorrectvalueswhilemasteringprofesionalknowledge.Multi-dimensionalevaluationmethods,includingclassroom fedback,studentrefletion,andteacherobservation,areusedforasessment.Teresultsdemonstratethatcuricuumideology andpoliticsplayapositiveroleinenhancingstudents'self-directedlearingandteamworkawarenesswhilealsofosteringa stronger sense of social responsibility and patriotism.
