Abstract:Masterseducationisanimportantcomponentofcutivatinghigh-levelprofesionalandtechnicaltalents.Withthe expansionofenrollmentscaleforprofessionalmaster'sstudents,therearegenerallysomeproblemsinteachingandtraining practice.Forexample,theresearchdirectionofgraduatestudentsisinconsistentwiththeirundergraduatemajors,andthe researchfoundationofgraduatestudentsisweak.Basedontheinterdisciplinaryandweak foundationofmastersstudents,this papersummarizedthepracticalexperienceofreformingandexploringinthegraduateteachingandtrainingmodels.Inthe teachingprocess,emphasisisplacedonimpartingsubjectbasicknowledgeandcommon knowledge,aswellascultivating learningabilities.Intheresearchproject,thefocusisonimprovingstudentscomprehensiveabiliesandquality.Throughthe implementationofkeyaspectsofgraduatetraining,thecoreabilitiesofgraduatestudentsarecultivated.Thispaperhadimportant significance for improving the quality of graduate education.
