Abstract:Exploringandoptimizingtheteachingmodelof ideologicalandpoliticalTheorycoursesinhighereducationisnot onlyaninherentrequirementfordeepeningeducationalandteachingreforms,butalsoanurgentinitiativetoimplementthe fundamentaltaskoffosteringvirtuethrougheducation.BasedontheOutcome-BasedEducation(OBE)conceptandstartingfrom thelogical premiseof "student-centerednes,"thispaperconstructsa"1232"teachingmodelthatintegratestheOBEphilosophy intoideologicalandpoliticaltheorycoursesinhighereducation.Centeredaroundthismodel,specificimplementationjectives areset,andcorrspondingsupportingmechanismsareproposedfromtheperspectivesofteachingrestructuring,teachingquality assuranceandteachingteambuilding,aimingtoenhancethequalityofeducationandteachinginideologicalandpoiticalheory courses in higher education.
