Abstract:AsaprofessionalcourseoffoodscienceandengineeingFoodAditivesisofgreatsignificanceinthecultivation ofhigh-qualityinnovativetalentsforfoodindustry.Underthebackgroundof"GoldenCourse",thiscoursepromotesthe explorationandpractieofurrculumconsructionbasedothe"highleveliovationandchallenging"standard,byiegating diversifiedteachingresources,mobilizingstudentparticipationandfedback,andcultivatingall-roundqualityofstudentsWe reorganizestheteachingcontentthroughtheintroductionofsubjectfrontiersandtheintegrationofcurrculumideologyand politics,rconstructstheteachingmodethroughtheintroductionofheuristiccasesandthre-stagecourseteachingandcombines thereconstructionofassessmentmethodstoachievehighlevelofthecoursecontent,innovationofteachingdesignand challngingoflearningandassessmentfostudents,thusestablishinganewteachingparadigmofFoodAditivesandoffering some reference for the teaching design and practice of other courses of this major.
