Abstract:PADclasscanefectivelysolvetheproblemsof teachercentered teaching,insuficientinteractivecommunication, andlowstudentlearningenthusiasmintraditionalteachingmodels.However,italsoputsforwardnewrequirementsfortheteaching abilityf teachers.Thispapersummarizesthenewrequirementsforteachers'teachingabilityinsegmentedclasroomsfromthe aspectsofaccuratelygraspingthecontentframeworkandhierarchicalclasificationofcourseknowledge,efectivelystimulating studentslearning wilngnessandinitiativemphasizingtheguidanceofthelearningprocessandtheteachingoflearningethods, andscientificallgraspingthecommunicationandinteractionbetweenstudentsandteachers.Basedontheconstructionofvirtual teachingandresearchrooms,specificpathsareproposedtoimproveteachers’teachingabilityinsegmentedclasroomsfrom inovatieteachingfoms,strengtheningteachingresearch,cobuilding high-qualityresources,andconductingrelevanttraining.
