Abstract:Integrationof industryandeducationtocultivateoutstandingtalentsinbioengineeringthatadapttothemodern industrialtransformationholdsvitalsignificanceindevelopingnewproductiveforces.Tispaperaddresssthecurentchalenges oftherigidtrangodelssufient-ovtioofsidpacticalplafos,ndiaeqatepractial experienceamongyoungfacultyAdresing thesechallnges,inovativemeasures,suchastheconstructionofadiversifed communityforindustryeducationintegration,thestablishmentofathree-dimensionalpracticalteachingsystemandplatfor,and thecultivationofhigh-levelfacultyteamswithintegratedindustryandeducationbackgrounds,aresummarized.Drawingonthe practicalexperienceofbioengineringprogramsatJiangnanUniversity,examplesareprovidedinoptimizingtheprofessional knowledgestructure,integratingteacingresourcesfromdvantageousindustryuiversityolaborationsstablishingdualtor nurturingmechanism,implementingindustry-sponsoredprojectsinteaching,andfosteringinnovationandentrepreneurship educationandtraining.Theseefortsaimtobuildasoundecologywithadequateinstitutionalsupplystrongconditions,anddep integration of industry and education.
