热处理设备课程思政探索与实践

摘  要：为实现立德树人根本任务，该文就热处理设备课程思政进行探索与实践。充分挖掘课程中蕴含的课程思政元素，对课程思政教学内容进行设计，凝练部分课程思政典型案例，实现教书育人的目标，有力支撑热处理设备省一流课程的建设。

Abstract： In order to realize the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating talent， this paper explores and practices the ideological and political education of the course Heat Treatment Equipment. The ideological and political elements contained in the course were explored， the ideological and political teaching content were designed， some typical cases of the course were summed up. The goal of teaching and educating people were realized. These strongly supported the construction of the provincial first-class course of Heat Treatment Equipment.

热处理设备是材料类专业一门重要的专业必修课，通过该课程的学习，学生掌握各种常用热处理设备的传热原理，具备识别热处理设备结构和计算热处理设备散热损失的能力;熟悉各种热处理设备的特点及适用性，具备识别及根据生产实际合理选择热处理设备的能力;掌握常用热处理电阻炉的设计步骤及方法，具备根据技术要求进行常用热处理电阻炉的基本设计能力。（剩余4868字）
