资产评估课程混合式教学研究

摘  要：随着互联网信息化平台的发展和疫情防控，线上线下的混合模式成为高校各门课程的主要教学模式。结合资产评估课程性质，阐述如何借助新兴教育技术，重塑资产评估教学内容，创新教学方法，以适应全新的教学模式，有效推动资产评估课程教学的改革。

Abstract： With the development of Internet information platform and epidemic prevention and control， online and offline hybrid mode has become the main teaching mode of various courses in colleges and universities. Combined with the nature of the asset appraisal course， this paper expounds how to reshape the teaching content of asset appraisal and innovate the teaching methods with the help of new educational technologies to adapt to the new teaching mode and effectively promote the reform of asset appraisal course teaching.
