浅谈中学德育工作的合力运行模式

摘  要：中学阶段的学生，正处于成长的关键时期，容易受到多种因素的影响。因此就需要通過德育教育的开展，来将学生带入正轨中，主动配合教师，完成学习任务，提高自身的综合能力。而德育工作的开展，仅凭学校与教师的力量，是远远不够的。这时，就要通过合力运行模式的应用，来提高德育工作的实效性。

【Abstract】Middle school students are in a critical period of growth，vulnerable to a variety of factors. Therefore，we need to carry out moral education to put students on the right track，actively cooperate with teachers，complete learning tasks and improve their comprehensive ability. However，the development of moral education is far from enough relying on the strength of schools and teachers. At this time，it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of moral education through the application of joint operation mode.
